Every day is different from the other for Advancy teams. Firstly, because of the diversity of the projects, which vary in terms of customer needs, issues, work environment and team composition. Each project has its own distinctive features. It is the case at Advancy, as the projects deal with deep strategic issues going from 1 to 3-month average duration. Each consultant is able to design its own career path within the company. Personally, after few years spent at the Paris office, I decided to join the Shanghai office. It is indisputably a new challenge, full of personal development opportunities.

This broad diversity is one of Advancy’s strengths. Consultants benefit from ongoing learning and lots of opportunities. Looking back, I am still impressed at how much I have grown both personally and professionally since I joined Advancy. I believe I could have never achieved that among any other company.
