I got the chance to build in-depth expertise in a dozen categories and sectors: beauty and personal care, baby nutrition, bottled water, confectionery, pet nutrition, coffee, ice cream, alcoholic beverages, travel, hospitality, watches, and jewelry.
Besides, I have lived and worked in Europe, China and the Middle East – which helped to acquire a global view of the business issues.

Experience and Education
Graduate from EM Lyon in 1993 and from ESSEC (MBA) in 2000, Pascal begins in the consumer goods industry at Procter & Gamble, and then has spent 18 years in Strategy consulting building his career with the mindset of an entrepreneur, guided by essential values: integrity, authenticity and inclusion.
From 2019 to 2021, Pascal led the strategy for Amaala, an ultra-luxury tourism destination on the Red Sea coast, with a Middle Eastern Sovereign Fund as shareholder.
This very rich experience in a rapidly transforming region, added to three years (2011-2014) in consulting in Shanghai with a focus on Asia, helped me acquiring a global view of business.
