Last night, we had the pleasure of welcoming nearly 100 talented young women from HEC Paris, ESSEC Business School, Mines Paris – PSL, CentraleSupélec, ESPCI Paris – PSL, Chimie ParisTech – PSL, and École nationale des ponts et chaussées for our 2nd edition of Women in Consulting event at hashtag#Advancy.

The evening was introduced by Laurence-Anne Parent, Senior Partner alongside Annabelle CANNAC, our Global HR Director, with the participation of Sebastien DAVID, Advancy’s co-founder and Managing Director. We were also delighted to welcome three colleagues from Advancy Céline Masieri (Manager), Gabrielle Bonpun (Consultant), and Marie Gellé (Junior Consultant), who generously shared their personal experiences and insights and answered the thoughtful questions of our young guests and future consultants.

Together, they shared an authentic and inspiring message about what makes consulting at Advancy such a meaningful adventure: learning fast, working closely with partners, growing internationally, and shaping tangible hashtag#impact.

The discussions that followed were rich, open and full of inspiration. Thank you to all the participants for your energy, curiosity and thoughtful questions and to the schools for their trust and support!
