Upon graduation, I decided to join the Advancy consulting firm for its dynamism, its growth strategy, the diversity of projects, and the high degree of empowerment given to its consultants.

At Advancy, empowerment is not an empty word. From my first day at work, I was confronted with the reality of the field, and the reality of the customer’s day-to-day problems, in a firm working for the automotive sector. This was a good way to enhance my knowledge of the real challenges confronting people working in this area. Furthermore, I rapidly discovered that team members and partners’ insights and availability were key to my success. They provide both continuous challenges but also knowledge, experience sharing and support to me. It was clear we were dependent as a team for success.
