Wadie is an Associate Partner at Advancy within the Industrials and Business Services practice, with a particular focus on the Electrical & Electronics (E&E), Transmission & Distribution (T&D), and technology sectors. He also leads Advancy’s activities in the Middle East, where he primarily supports clients in the industrials and specialty chemicals sectors.
His work focuses on corporate strategy and M&A advisory, including both buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence, serving private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, government entities, public institutions, and corporate clients across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
Over the course of his career, Wadie has led more than 100 M&A engagements across a broad range of industrial, chemical, and business services sectors. He has also advised leading industrial companies on strategic growth initiatives and successfully supported numerous large-scale M&A transactions, including several with deal values exceeding €1 billion.
Wadie holds an MSc from Télécom Paris and a Master’s degree from HEC Paris. He joined Advancy in 2016 and progressed through the firm to become an Associate Partner in 2026.
Throughout his career, he has consistently focused on delivering high-impact strategic advice, combining a deep understanding of technology with result-oriented commercial insight. He has played a key role in expanding client relationships, developing the firm’s sector expertise, and contributing to the growth of Advancy’s Industrials and Middle East practices
