Vincent Delaeter
Vincent joined Advancy in 2013 and is currently a Partner, leading the firm’s global turnaround practice.
Based in Paris, he advises major international corporations and investment funds on strategic transformation and performance improvement.
Over the past decade, Vincent has become a key reference in corporate turnaround, driving complex restructuring programs across multiple geographies.
With a strong focus on B2C sectors, he also leads the retail, hospitality and health networks practice in Europe.
He brings a pragmatic, impact-driven mindset to every engagement, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution.
Vincent played a prime role in the development of several Advancy offices, notably spending over four years in London to support the expansion of the UK team.
Experience and Education:
Vincent holds an MSc in Finance from HEC Paris and a Master’s in Economics & Statistics from ENSAE Paris.
He joined Advancy in 2013 and has since advised numerous clients on turnaround strategies, value creation, and business transformation.
