Vincent Blom, a Dutch national, joined Advancy in 2018 as one of the first consultants in the newly opened London office.
Since then, he has advanced through the ranks from Senior Consultant to Manager, then Principal, before becoming Managing Partner of the London office in 2024.
Vincent has played a key role in strengthening Advancy’s expertise in the process industries, particularly within the chemicals and materials sectors. His work increasingly supports clients in navigating the green transition, helping them integrate bio-based and low-carbon materials into their strategies.
Vincent’s work at Advancy spans corporate strategy, M&A, and major transformation projects, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term success for clients, primarily in northern Europe and the UK.
His leadership has been essential to the growth of the London office, now a vibrant and truly international team of 35 consultants representing over 15 nationalities.
After earning his Master’s in Geology from the University of St Andrews in 2014, Vincent began his career in gold exploration in Finnish Lapland.
He then transitioned to consulting in 2015, working with Mars & Co before joining Advancy in 2018.
His deep expertise in chemicals and materials, coupled with his strategic and forward-thinking approach, has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.
