Sylvie joined Advancy after an extensive career in highly demanding, fast-paced environments, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge in corporate governance, driving strategic operational transformations and optimizing business performance.
Since joining our team, Sylvie has been instrumental in upholding the operational excellence and strategic integrity that defines Advancy.
Her dedication ensures that we not only keep pace with the rapidly changing business landscape but also actively shape it, propelling our clients toward new heights.
Sylvie’s role as group General Secretary involves advising on change management projects in support of the Firm’s development, ensuring that all projects and initiatives align seamlessly with Advancy’s needs and standards, guiding our teams to consistently deliver on our promises and elevate client experiences.
Sylvie graduated from CPSS Trudaine, specializing in Management, Administration, Legal and Finance.
She started her career in international consulting firms, including Personnel Decisions International (now a Korn Ferry company).
She also applied her expertise at prestigious law firms, including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, Dentons, and Addleshaw Goddard where she served as General Secretary.
Through these experiences, Sylvie gained a strong expertise in the understanding of international governance, legal compliance, and strategic management, before joining us in 2024.
