Sylvestre is a Partner at Advancy and Managing Director of the New York office, which he launched in 2020. He steers the firm’s North American operations and leads the local Specialty Materials, Life Sciences, and Consumer & Ingredients practices. Sylvestre advises corporate leaders and private-equity investors on growth strategy, market entry, commercial due-diligence, and large-scale transformation.

After joining Advancy in Paris, Sylvestre spent about a year at Advancy Shanghai as a Principal, before being appointed to lead the firm’s expansion in the United States: In 2019, he spearheaded the launch of Advancy’s New York City office, which he built from the ground up, from strategy and operations to team recruitment and client development.

Under his leadership, the office has grown into a thriving team of c.50 consultants, driving projects across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
