Paul combines nearly ten years of experience in strategy consulting with strong operational skills to support companies of all sizes, from SMEs to large ones, and private equity firms.

He works on a wide range of strategic and operational topics, including transformation, post-merger integration, sales to operational excellence, sustainability strategy, and digital excellence, as well as transaction-related assignments such as acquisition due diligence (commercial and operational), synergy plans, and value creation.

Over the years, he has contributed to more than 150 projects across numerous sectors, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, nutrition, high-performance materials, general manufacturing, and automotive. He has successfully led more than 10 transformation projects and supported over 20 acquisitions for companies with revenues exceeding one billion euros.
