Michael brings 30+ years of strategy expertise as President of Alliance Consulting Group, Advancy’s U.S. partner. A former BCG Vice President, he founded Alliance in 1986 to deliver global strategy solutions with local execution excellence.
His deep experience spans growth strategies, board advisory roles, and Fortune 500 executive workshops.
A published thought leader and frequent speaker, Michael bridges academic rigor and practical insights.
He combines Advancy’s international reach with Alliance’s on-the-ground expertise to help clients navigate complex cross-border challenges.
Michael holds a a PhD in Law/Economics from the university of Hamburg, a Master of Comparative Business Law from the University of Paris and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Care Group since 2009 he has led senior executive workshops and seminars for many Fortune 500 companies. Michael’s work focuses on high-stakes growth initiatives and governance.
