Driving strategy to results
Ivy is an Associate Partner and Deputy Head of China at Advancy, based in Shanghai. She advises multinational corporations, Chinese companies and investors on growth strategy, commercial due diligence, market entry, M&A and transformation across China and Southeast Asia.
With particular expertise in FMCG and adjacent consumer sectors, including food and beverage and consumer health, Ivy also works extensively across healthcare and industrials/chemicals. Her experience spans market and competitive strategy, channel and go-to-market strategy, portfolio growth, cost transformation and transaction-related work. She combines rigorous strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution, helping clients translate ambitious strategies into clear priorities, practical capabilities and measurable results.
Since joining Advancy in January 2019, Ivy has played a central role in developing the firm’s China business and building lasting client relationships across the region. She brings a nuanced understanding of China’s evolving business landscape and the commercial and organizational capabilities required to turn strategy into impact.
Ivy holds a bachelor’s degree in International Politics from Fudan University and a master’s degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from The George Washington University.
