Under Eric’s leadership, Advancy has grown into a global strategy consulting firm, rooted in common sense, high standards, and human values.

He also remains deeply engaged in mentorship and education, convinced that transmission is a key driver of long-term progress.
Eric graduated from École des Mines de Paris in 1989. He began his consulting career at Arthur Andersen, before collaborating closely with Jean-Luc Lagardère as part of the Lagardère Group. He returned to consulting in 1995, joining AT Kearney as a Manager, before founding Advancy in 1999. With over 30 years of experience, Eric is recognised for combining strategic vision with grounded, actionable solutions.
