David is a Senior Partner at Advancy and the co-founder of the firm’s Sydney office, established in 2001.
With a career spanning strategy consulting and entrepreneurship, David brings a unique blend of hands-on industry experience and strategic insight.
His work focuses on corporate strategy and M&A commercial due diligence, serving private equity funds, multinational corporations, and mid-sized companies across consumer and retail, industrials and B2B services and healthcare.
David holds an MBA from Wharton Business School and graduated as a top-ranked engineer from École des Mines.
Beyond consulting, David is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded the hotel chain Rest Inn (later merged with Accor’s Formule 1), and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Godiva Australia, the iconic Belgian heritage chocolate brand.
