Carl is a Senior Partner and co-founder of Advancy’s Sydney office, bringing over 25 years of strategy consulting experience across the Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
He has advised on more than 100 private equity transactions, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor in commercial due diligence and value creation. Carl’s expertise spans corporate strategy and operational effectiveness, helping clients define, execute, and accelerate their growth and transformation strategies.
Carl began his career at BCG, advising leading corporates across Europe and the U.S. before relocating to Australia in 2006. In addition to his consulting work, he has co-founded and led ventures in both the IT and consumer sectors.
Carl holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
