Over the last 10 years, Annabelle has played a pivotal role in enhancing our unique approach—building on innovation and practical solutions—which has been key to the company’s ongoing growth.
Annabelle is deeply committed to personalized HR support, actively working to make sure that every unique team member receives the tailored guidance they need throughout their career.
At Advancy, her current responsibilities focus on guiding our HR strategy, from talent development to organizational culture, to support our growing consulting teams.
Annabelle graduated from Grenoble School of Management in Human resources in 2008.
She began her career as a Recruitment Manager at Beijaflore, before applying her expertise at Emerit Consulting as a Talent Manager from 2012 to 2014. Her initial experiences allowed her to hone her skills in recruitment, integration, and training, as well as to establish relationships with numerous institutions. She then joined Advancy in 2014 as the Head of Human Resources.
