At Advancy, her current responsibilities focus on guiding our HR strategy, from talent development to organizational culture, to support our growing consulting teams.
Experience and Education:
Annabelle graduated from Grenoble School of Management in Human resources in 2008.
She began her career as a Recruitment Manager at Beijaflore, before applying her expertise at Emerit Consulting as a Talent Manager from 2012 to 2014. Her initial experiences allowed her to hone her skills in recruitment, integration, and training, as well as to establish relationships with numerous institutions. She then joined Advancy in 2014 as the Head of Human Resources.
