Alexandre joined Advancy in 2024 as Partner and Head of the Singapore office, where he leads the firm’s expansion in Southeast Asia. With over 16 years of combined experience in strategy consulting and industry, he brings deep expertise in corporate and business unit strategy, M&A, performance improvement, and value creation across consumer goods, healthcare, and private equity sectors.
Having worked extensively in Brazil and across Southeast Asia, Alexandre brings a multicultural view, combining strategic vision with operational pragmatism.
His career spans both leadership roles at corporate and senior consulting positions, giving him a practical and results-driven approach to deliver tangible impact to his clients.
At Advancy, Alexandre works closely with corporate clients and private equity funds, supporting growth acceleration, market entry strategies, commercial due diligences, large-scale transformations, and post-merger integration.
He is also actively involved in building and mentoring the Singapore-based team.
Alexandre holds an MBA from INSEAD, where he earned a place on the dean’s list, and a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Universidade de São Paulo.
He began his career at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he spent over seven years across several roles in supply chain management.
He then transitioned to consulting, holding positions at Bain & Company and Kearney, where he became Partner in 2023.
He joined Advancy in 2024 to lead the firm’s growth and ambition in Southeast Asia.
