Since I started my career in 2000 with Kienbaum Management Consultants, I have passed through the various career stages of consulting business – from being a junior consultant to now being a partner at Advancy. Joining Advancy was the next logical step to concentrate my efforts on more entrepreneurial opportunities.

Over the past 16 years I worked closely with clients in energy and utilities to master the challenges of the “Energiewende” – with a strong focus on value creation.

Experience and Education

With more than 15 years of experience in management consulting and industry, Olaf is an industry expert in energy and utilities. During his numerous projects he was concerned with both strategic and operative topics, reaching from strategic realignment and digital transformation to securing profitability, reorganization and post merger integration.

• 16 years of experience in management consulting in Germany, Europe and the US, acquired at Kienbaum and Baker Tilly Roelfs
• 3 years of experience as a Member of the Executive Board at Schubert Holding
• Diploma in Business administration, University of Münster and UCLA
