I started consulting in 1993 and have seen our business from junior consultant to managing director, from small start-ups to large international consulting firms, from one country to an international footprint. On top of bottom-line results which we need to achieve for a reason of being, my personal focus lies on building high quality human relationships with client decision makers. Experience and Education
After a learning period with a global leader in management consulting, Marc has founded his first consulting company in 1995 and has become a re-known expert in operations and restructuring. He has built trustful relationships with a limited number of top level clients – some of them have followed him for more than 2 decades.
Besides his entrepreneurial consulting activities which have made him run businesses in Germany, France, Poland and China, Marc is a passionate musician and, with a double French-German citizenship, a convinced and active promoter of the French-German friendship.
