I started my professional career at Daimler in 1994 and stayed there for 13 years. During this time, I took over various positions in Operations like process engineering, project management, strategic projects and production management. After Daimler, I was in two mid-size consulting firms, which gave me the opportunity to get to know other exciting industries besides the automotive industry.

Experience and Education

After his time in the automotive industry, Guido is working more than 10 years in the consulting business. His focus is on operations – from operations strategy to day-to-day performance management . On the industry side he is familiar with automotive, Industrials, oil & gas and pharmaceuticals.
