I was attracted to this project 10 years ago and it is my main motivation each day, allied to the exceptional value of our teams and the kind atmosphere in which we evolve daily.
Experience and Education
Florent began his career at Advancy in 2010. His focus areas include manufactured goods (particularly building materials and their distribution channels), where he led a number of strategic assignments around growth and innovation, industrial strategy and improvement of operational and sales excellence program. Florent also advises private equity funds in their due diligence (buy and sell) as well as value creation in growth strategy and execution.
