Let me introduce you to Annabelle CANNAC

After 7 years of experience managing human resources within the consulting industry, Annabelle joined teamAdvancy in 2014 and has been at the forefront of our recruitment efforts ever since. Her academic journey in Human Resources began at the Grenoble Ecole de Management, where she graduated in 2008.

Since joining Advancy, Annabelle has significantly enhanced our talent development efforts, facilitated mobility across global offices, enriched our training programs, and driven personalized career advancement initiatives. In recognition of her pivotal role in sculpting our company culture, she was recently appointed as one of Advancy’s global executives.

In 2023, we welcomed 100 new talents, breaking our previous record. These outstanding recruits bring a wealth of diverse skills and profiles, from business specialists to engineers in various fields. This year, we’re planning on recruiting 60 to 80 new consultants to join us in our 9 global offices.

The application process includes a preliminary meeting with Annabelle, during which candidates undertake numerical and logical reasoning tests, followed by a one-hour session with three or four of our consultants.
