When I finished school, I thought consulting was a very structured environment, where Directors and Junior Consultants only communicated through middle management. I soon learned that things were very different at Advancy.
On my first assignment, the Project Director quickly involved me in all the phases of analysis, encouraging me to challenge his ideas and frequently asking me for my point of view. This openness on the part of the directors sped up my learning curve.
