With more than 1100 projects and 150 clients to their name, Advancy consultants have acquired a wealth of experience that has fast become a veritable reference in the Consultancy market.

Our vision is direct. When Advancy's clients pay for consulting services they are making an investment and obviously expect a considerable return. Each project must therefore have a major impact for our clients and their bottom line.


How is an Advancy project organized?

We favor teamwork throughout the project. Our consultants work at the clients’ offices. Strong interactions must take place at all levels of the management structure. This is above all a business project, not a consulting study, which is why we set up joint client/consultant teams for each project.
Our advice is based on tried-and-tested methods and our recommendations are always supported by quantitative analyses based on facts, i.e. the infamous “Facts/Findings/So what?” approach.

At the end of the project the recommendations made seem simple and are readily applicable even though they are often innovative. The right strategy is often one that is both applicable and applied. We have a very pragmatic vision and actions that provide a strong and immediate impact have already been started. Client teams have made the results their own and the final report is often presented by the teams themselves. The client's teams are the "heroes" of Advancy projects. They are proud of their contribution to the results.

One year later, the results confirm the recommendations. The methods used become the standard employed throughout the client's company. It is our focus on results that inspires our customers to place their trust in our expertise.
